I’m a skater boy, I’ve got style,
I flip my board and spin a mile,
I slide on rails, I grind on ledges,
I’m not afraid to live life on the edges.
My hat’s on backward, my shoes are worn,
I’ve been riding this skateboard since I was born,
My knees are scraped, my elbows too,
But I keep on skating, that’s what I do.
I ride past the school, I ride past the park,
I ride until the sky turns dark,
And when I get home, all tired and sore,
My mom yells, “Get your skateboard off the floor!”
But I don’t care, I’ll never stop,
I’ll keep on skating until I drop,
For I am the king of the skate park, you see,
The raddest, baddest skater boy, that’s me!
